Do drivers need to create an account?
No. Each driver gets a secure one-time link. They complete intake on their phone and submit. No passwords, no app installs.
How do brokers sign up?
Use Sign up on this site with your mobile phone (SMS code). After you’re invited to a brokerage or appointed by a platform admin, you’ll work inside that organization.
What is this beta?
TrueHaul is in open beta. Use the full brokerage workflow now — create requests, collect driver photos, review submissions, and manage your team. Enjoy it while it lasts; pricing for later models is not shown yet.
What does TrueHaul collect?
Driver name and mobile, a clear license photo, VIN tag and truck-door photos, plus optional full-truck and trailer shots. Photos can include certified capture time and location. It does not claim to verify insurance, FMCSA authority, or identity.
Can multiple people on my desk use it?
Yes. Platform admins create your brokerage, then brokerage admins appoint employees by phone so the whole desk shares the same intake workflow.
English and Spanish?
When you create a request, choose the driver-link language. The driver portal follows that language end to end.
